The hits

We are an online coaching organisation that communicates with athletes all over the world remotely and develops comprehensive training plans. We are interested in both manipulating training variables over time and working with athletes as they progress from beginner to advanced.
All training plans include evidence-based recommendations for technique, nutrition, sports psychology, and, of course, training.
We help athletes create one-time training plans as well as yearly training and growth plans on a weekly basis. We work with athletes who are new to powerlifting as well as athletes at the highest levels of competition.
Aside from training, we strive to educate and provide resources to help the strength community move forward and into the future.
